This is a Limited Edition Fenton Persian Blue Opalescent Hand Painted Paneled Basket, and is signed by Bill Fenton.
It is numbered 869/5000. It is hand painted with a grape vine pattern in purples, blue, brown and green. 1993 Persian Pearl Plum Crest
The artist I. Robinsonalso signed the bottom of the piece.
It has a unique square, twisted handle that is speckled with milk glass.
