Biography
Wood-engraving firm, as Charles Butterworth alone from 1884 (engraver and wood-engraver who exhibited at the RA from 1887 to 1896).
The BM owns several woodcuts portraits. The studio went on using these two names after the death of Butterworth in 1840.
