About the artist:
Stan Beckman was born in Philadelphia in 1931. He attended and graduated from the Philadelphia Museum School of Art. He traveled intensively around the world painting on site the scenery of numerous cities. Using watercolor in his early time, then after 1972 switching mostly to acrylic on canvas. The work of Stan Beckman is held in numerous collections worldwide.
